3. wooden shawabti-figures; covered with linen, gesso, and painted red ochre; height 23 cents to 25.5 cents; wearing the <> head-dress painted yellow with black striations, & the beard (black); the features delineated in black, the eye-balls white. They hold in the right-hand the pick and basket, and in the left the hoe and basket, delineated in black thus: <> Painted in yellow down the front of the figures the following inscriptions: <>
