370, II. STAVE OF BOW (in bad condition)

A compound bow of similar construction as 370, FF, but of different (section). Covered with bark (? of birch). Looking at 'back' from above: -

<> the grip 1.9 2.5 tapering towards horn. (no scale)

Length of bow (from horn to horn) 111 cents; string at centre from 'belly' 8.5 cents. (Note possibly of warping, etc.). No ornament. Portion of string adhering to upper 'horn'. (See photo).
