302, A. FIGURE OF THE GENIUS DUAMUTEF

Covered with a piece of fine muslin-like linen, tied over right shoulder. Max. H. (including pedestal) 57.8, pedestal, 21.6 x 11.2 x 5.4, cms. Figure of the god in mummy form, carved of wood, gesso-gilt, wears Usekh-collar, eyes inlaid obsidian, calcite and bronze, beard of ebony. Pedestal varnished with black resin, inscribed with yellow paint: <>
