This ornament of open-work is pylonic in form, and contains the following device: The
HEH ideogram (great number) holding above its head the SHEN symbol; on either side,
wearing the white crown of Upper Egypt (left) is an uraeus upon a NEB sign (i.e. Lord).

Its fastenings are pierced with two holes for suspension.

Pendant to it were 11 bead-work tassels.
