153. Bow.

1. Position Under chariot 121.

<> 1.8 .3 1.3 Notch .4 deep.

Bow of wood, covered artificially with light brown dark bark. Fastened with a dark resinous gum. Wood in two pieces <> down whole length. Slightly oval in section. Diam. in centre 2, running down to 1.3.

At 29.5 from either end a band of dark bark 1.3 wide, going all round. Starting at 34 from either end, on back only, a band of dark bark 16 long On these inscriptions in strips of the light bark. (See next sheet).
