146. Reed Basket

1. Position On floor of chamber, under chariot wheels 131 & 132.

2. Dimensions

<> Diam. at top 17 " at bottom 17 " in middle 18.5 Height about 10.

3. Description Construction exactly similar to that of 129. Decoration effected by using a darker coloured reed to form a series of inverted triangles 4 - 4.5 x 3.5 starting 1 cm. from rim. Space between triangles varies from 2 - 4. 8 of these triangles.

4. Contents On floor nearby - probably from this basket - see over.

5. Treatment Nil.
