75. Gilt wood sistrum


1. Position
On top of cow couch.


This exactly resembles 76 in every respect, save that it is .5 shorter.


Treatment. Sponged with damp sponge. Refastened loose gesso with celluloid cement and
sprayed with a solution of celluloid in amyl acetate. Treated boss & handle finally with melted
paraffin wax. Refastened in handle with casein adhesive.
