Card/Transcription No.: 620(85)

620-85

Cake of greenish-blue pigment in bivalve shell. The material has a rounded top and rounded corners and has probably been used. Without disfiguring the specimen it is impossible to take a sample for detailed examination. It seems probable however that the material is an artificial frit. Dimensions of shell Greatest length: 6.3 cms Greatest breadth: 3.0 cms Dimensions of Cake of Colour Length 4.2 cms Breadth 2.0 cms
