620 (7 and 8) A PAIR OF THROW-STICKS (WOOD, GOLD AND FAIENCE)

7. A Ritualistic throw-stick or boomerang. The shaft of wood covered with stucco and gilt; the top end in the form of a lotus-flower of rich dark blue and light blue faience; the handle-end also of rich blue faience.

<> faience Scale-pattern faience broken wood stucco gilt L. 34.0 cents. the stucco and gilding much perished.

8. A similar specimen to above. Max. L. 34.0 cents. (tip broken).
