Recto: An outer and inner border of spiral pattern, and the
following text carved in relief:

Verso: various fauna chasing one another, beautifully carved in
relief: the hound; the horse; gazelle; hare; ibex; the ostrich;
and (?) the hartebeest.

Remarks:     
The bracelet was unfortunately covered by a gelatinous mass of
melted leather, which had to be removed by means of warm water -
a very dangerous proceeding in the case of ivory. It has been
recovered by paraffin wax.
