322 KIOSK (CONTAINING SHAWABTI FIGURES)

POSITION: - N.E. corner of chamber; East wall; stood upon No. 327; intact; knobs facing west.

DIMENSIONS: - Max. H. 63; W. 20 x 19.5 cents. Sledge 37 x 24.5 cents. base.

DESCRIPTION: - Made of wood; rough work; covered with black resin; vaulted top (lid) carved out of one block of wood; knob on top and front, tied with cord and sealed; for type of seal employed see Nos. 302 and 282.

CONTENTS: - 10 shawabti-figures - see 322 A-J. 41 model implements for figures - see 322, K.

REMARKS: - Cleaned with damp sponge Treated with solution of cellulose acetate in acetone
