A breast ornament in the form of the prenomen of the king. The wings of the Kheper beetle of gold chased; the solar disc of calcite backed with yellow pigment; the scarab inlaid in high relief in lapis lazuli; the plural signs of calcite; the Neb sign of light green felspar.

Like 267, A it has a horizontal loop at back for suspension.
