Sewn to the outer wrappings of the Mummy below mask (256, a).

DESCRIPTION:

Hands of burnished gold, bearing wristlets inlaid with: lapis
lazuli and turquoise glass, and carnelian (quartz).
and holding the flagellum (R. side) and the crozier (L. side)
composed of: silver core, overlaid with lapis lazuli glass and
gold bands. Remainder gold casing. The bead work of the
flagellum comprise as follows: - eleven rows of three <>-shaped beads: commencing with turquoise glass, gold,
carnelian, gold, lapis lazuli glass, gold, turquoise, gold,
carnelian, gold, and lapis lazuli glass. (only carnelian are
real stone)

Gold Pectoral Ba-(bird) in the form of the Nekhbet vulture
having human head of burnished gold, headdress, diadem,
collarette, body, wings and tail inlaid with turquoise, lapis
lazuli and carnelian coloured glass (see note attached).
Eyelets at back for sewing to wrappings.
The talons hold shen-symbols of carnelian (quartz) centres and
turquoise coloured glass borders.
