The cylindrical beads of gold and lapis blue glass, found with the tail (no. 256, EEE), have their ends cut at a slight angle so as to form a segment of a curve, thus: -

<> lapis blue glass gold

They evidently formed a tail-like appendage that was fastened(?) to the end of the tail (EEE): - see small eyelet at end of that tail. And also photo of EEE & NN in situ.
