POSITION:
Thighs: along right thigh, knob level with pubis, point over
inner side above knee.
DIMENSIONS:

Sheath. L. 22.3. (see note attached).
DESCRIPTION:
Dagger: haft decorated with cloisonné-work and granulated gold
work. Knob of crystal. Material of cloisonné-work - coloured
glasses and stones (for details see note attached)
Blade of iron, quite plain and clean save a few rust spots.
Edge very sharp. (See photo and notes).
Sheath of gold. Of sheet gold embossed with on front palmette
and rope patten and on back feather pattern terminating with
jackal's head. (For details see note attached)
REMARKS:
Girdle 256.L. probably belongs to this dagger
