1. Position Between outermost and second shrine: standing in N.E. corner.

2. Dimensions Max. L. 81.8. Max. diam of head 12.5 Diam. of handle at top 2.5, at bottom 3.8. Diam of grip 6.

3. Description Mace of wood, covered with gesso and overlaid with gold. 9 incised lines (conventional binding) below head. 4 sets of three wavy lines up head. At 11 below head a binding of thin linen strip, wound twice round handle and tied in a bow.

4. Treatment Cleaned with ammonia & water: waxed.
