Whisk about 33 long.
3. Description
Handle a cylinder of wood, carved to a lion's head and neck, and covered with a thin coating
of gesso and gold leaf. Perforated right through head, ending with a hole the width of the open
mouth.
Whiska bundle of reeds, covered or bound round with leather. To this attached small tufts of
black horse-hair circ. 6 long at top, and increasing in length towards bottom.
4. Treatment
Sprayed with celluloid in amyl-acetate.
