Position
Lying on its side between the Hathor couch (no. 73) and the Typhonic couch (no. 137).
Possibly in its original place, but tipped over by robbers when robbing of its metal ornaments
(between the chair rails).

Description
An exquisitely carved wooden chair having angle-fittings, studded rivets, and certain
ornamentation in gold.
It had been anciently bound with narrow bands of linen (see photo in ...) for (?) protection
during transport.
Back - sloping and slightly curved, in carved open-work, supported behind by three upright
slats and strengthened by angle-pieces sheathed with heavy gold - these angle pieces are
ornamented with coil and rectangular pattern.
