H. Ten straight sticks, decorated with coloured bark (n-w). These were fastened together in a
bundle by cloth bandages about 10 wide, winding round and round, from handle ends to
ferules. At end last bandage end looped loosely round in two or three turns from bottom to
middle. Underneath this bandaging, the bundle of stick were fastened together near top by
cloth strip folded to about 1 wide, which wound round several times, final end tucking under a
wind; and at bottom by strip .5 wide, winding 3 times round.
These sticks were all considerably warped.
